How I work
4 stepsWe talk through the workflow
Twenty minutes about what you do today and where the time goes. At the end I tell you whether it is worth doing, roughly what it costs and how long it takes — or that I am not the right person for it.
I write the quote
What is in the delivery, what is not, the price and the deadline, in writing, before any work starts. Anything not in the quote does not turn up as a surprise on the invoice.
I build in visible pieces
You see the work as it comes out, not at the end. The first stage is the one without which the rest makes no sense: for a platform, the module that carries daily operations; for a website, whatever brings in enquiries.
I deliver, and I stay
Go-live, handover of the code and the infrastructure access, and 90 days in which I fix anything that does not work as the quote says, at no charge. No mandatory subscription afterwards — monthly maintenance is there as a choice, for anyone who would rather stop thinking about the server.
What is always in the delivery

Role-based access, passwords stored properly, security headers, validation of everything that comes in. It is not sold separately, because an unsecured system is not delivered — it is started.
Backups
An automatic copy of the database and a check that it can be restored. An untested backup is an assumption, not a safety net.
Monitoring
I find out something went down before you call me.
Where it runs, your choice
FrankfurtBy default, projects run on a server I administer, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, with automated deployment and verified backups — and then keeping it up is on me. If you want your own infrastructure, I set up a new server with your provider, or deliver onto the one you already have, with the same configuration; from that point on, availability is your provider's. Either way, the code and the configuration are yours once it is paid in full.
What I do not do
said upfrontI do not do product or location photography and I do not write sales copy — I can coordinate them with someone, but I do not do them myself. I do not run paid advertising and I do not manage social media. I do not resell off-the-shelf ERP licences: if a standard product is what you need, that is a fair choice, just not from me. And I do not take projects I cannot deliver within 60 days without cutting them into stages.

15 projectsEvery project has a case study, screenshots and, where a public site exists, the live link. The ones without a public link have screenshots from inside the application.
