Who decides what happens to the data

English translation provided for convenience. The Romanian version prevails in case of any discrepancy. I do. In the language of the regulation, I am the controller of the data you send through the forms on this site. There is no second controller and I sell data to no one.

The legal basis

When you fill in a form and send it, you do so in order to get an answer or a quote — the processing is carried out for steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. I do not ask for consent to marketing, because I do not send you marketing.

Who else sees the data

The data sits on the server I administer, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. For the email notification I use Resend, which processes the message in order to deliver it to me. That is all. There are no agencies, no advertising platforms and no transfer outside the European Economic Area.

How long I keep it

24 months after our last conversation, then I delete it. If the conversation turns into a contract, the data related to that contract is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

What you can ask for

You can ask for access to your data, for its correction, for its deletion, for the restriction of processing, for a copy in a format you can take elsewhere, or you can object to the processing. Write to [email protected] and I answer within 30 days at the latest, as the regulation requires. I will not ask you to justify the request.

Automated decisions

The price estimate in the configurator is calculated automatically, but it makes no decision about you: it does not accept you and does not reject you, it is an indicative figure you see before sending anything. Every decision about a project is taken by me, as a person.

Your IP address

It is not stored anywhere. It is held for a few minutes in the server's memory, only to stop automated form submissions. It never reaches the database and is never linked to your data.

If you are not satisfied with my answer

You can contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing at dataprotection.ro, which has the power to check how I process data.
