Most suppliers ask for your details before they tell you a price. Here you can read from the start what a website costs and where a custom platform starts, so you know whether it is worth continuing the conversation.

How many modules
A ticketing module is one thing. Tickets plus fleet plus invoicing plus timesheets is another.
What gets integrated
Tax filings, the bank, couriers or an existing system — every integration has its own rules and its own testing time.
How many users, and which roles
A single dispatcher is one thing. Office, field and customer, each seeing only what they are allowed to, is another.
Data migration
Data from an old system has to be read, cleaned and checked; that is work of its own, separate from building.
The first module, at a fixed price
€2,700If you would rather not commit to a whole project at once, we start with a single module at a fixed price: the one without which the rest makes no sense. You run it in production and decide afterwards whether we carry on. The amount counts towards the full project if you go ahead.

What is not included

The deadline
60 days maximumA website is delivered whole within 60 business days, shop included. On a platform, that same deadline covers the first module going live, sometimes the first two. When a list of requirements would go past it, we cut it in two: the first stage goes live on time, the rest comes as a second stage with a deadline of its own.
After delivery
from 60 € a monthThe first year of hosting is in the project price. After that — or from the start, if someone else built the site and I take it over — there are monthly plans covering hosting, backups, security updates and a number of hours for changes. Three tiers, with the price written down.

5 questionsWhat does a presentation website cost?
Between €1,100 and €2,700, depending on how many pages it has and how much of it you manage yourself. A small site, without a CMS or bookings, sits at the bottom of the range. The configurator gives you the number for your case.
Why not €120, like the cheap offers I keep seeing?
Because for €120 you get a template filled in. I build the site to fit, with the parts you manage yourself after delivery, and I run it — on my infrastructure or on yours. If a template is what you need, that is a fair choice — just not from me.
What do I pay monthly after delivery?
Hosting and the domain, which you pay to whoever holds them. There is no mandatory maintenance subscription: if you want changes, you pay for them when you ask. If you would rather not have to ask — backups, updates and hours for changes included — the maintenance plans exist, but they stay a choice, not a condition.
Does the price include hosting?
The first year is in the price, on the server I administer — there, backups and monitoring are my job, and the monthly maintenance plan only starts after that. The plan is built for sites someone else made, which I take over from their current provider. If you want it on your own infrastructure, it works just as well on a new server or on one you already have, with any provider. One real limit: classic cPanel hosting, with PHP and MySQL, is fine for a presentation site but cannot run an application with bookings or user accounts. I tell you which case you are in from the first conversation.
How long does a custom platform take?
Four to eight weeks for the first working stage, depending on how many modules go in. I give you the exact deadline after the first conversation, not before.
